Decision proof
What was actually decided, and on what evidence.
Venturoxx keeps a small set of reference cases. Each one records how Category Risk was recognised in a real company, what leadership decided, and what evidence stood behind the decision.
They are evidence assets rather than success stories, and they are shared on request when a conversation has enough context to make them useful.
Leadership can establish decision proof. Execution and the market establish market proof.
A reference case records a decision: what the company was being read as, which interpretations were competing, what leadership chose, and what evidence would have challenged that choice.
That is a different claim from a results story. It can be examined, argued with and tested against your own situation.
None of these cases claims revenue, valuation, sales-cycle, pipeline or adoption outcomes.
Those are market questions, and they are settled by execution over time, not by a diagnosis.
Two cases. One named, one anonymised.
Methodino: executive one-pager
A named reference case. One side, written to be read in a few minutes and forwarded: how the risk was recognised, what was decided, and the bounded intervention that followed.
Named case · short format · available on request
Methodino: extended reference case
The same named case at length. It carries the evidence, the mechanism and the reasoning, including the thirteen executive decisions recorded during the work and the governed architecture that came out of it.
Named case · extended format · available on request
Anonymised reference case
A composite case for situations where the named example does not fit. It carries the same decision architecture without identifying a client, and is available as a short executive read or at length.
Anonymised · short and extended · available on request
The Methodino case is published with the client's recorded permission. The anonymised case identifies no company.
Both are held in the governed estate and sent directly, so that the context they are read in is understood.
What the Methodino case establishes, and what it does not.
At Methodino, Venturoxx identified Category Risk in a company with several credible ways to explain what it had built, separated the company-level category from the commercial wedge, and established one governed architecture leadership could take into execution.
It does not demonstrate revenue improvement, valuation uplift, faster sales cycles or market adoption.
Those remain market questions. The case says so itself, and that boundary is a property of the work rather than a caveat added to it.
Ask for the one that fits the decision in front of you.
Say which case is useful and what you are weighing up. It is sent directly, with the context that makes it readable.
If the question is still upstream of that, the Investor Briefing is public and needs no request.
Find the real problem. Not the symptom.
